Fluid Architecture: Interior Movements, 2008

Two Channel projection, five video sequences looped, digital animations

Spruill Art Center, Atlanta

Through photography and video installation, works within the Fluid Architecture Series examine the collisions of virtual and physical realities through the digital distortion of the urban and built environments. The permeation of the interior forms reference the dynamics of mobility and mobile architecture expanding through virtual technologies.

The installation approach negated the architectural confines of exhibition space to encompass the participants in the mediated environment, developing the “citizen actor” in surreal physical realities.
